SDG3: GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
Healthy lives and well-being is essential to achieving sustainable development. Our foundation is taking huge steps to ensure healthy lives through Medical Outreaches to enlighten communities on common diseases, viruses and bacteria such as malaria, hepatitis, lassa fever, glaucoma; informing them on better sanitation measures and providing free medical consultations and care. We assist communities by donating medical equipment to hospitals towards better medicare delivery.
The goal of the Foundation’s health programme is to achieve sustainable improvements in health status in communities, especially among girls and women. The health program is aimed at enabling communities to adopt effect health practices, enlightenment; promoting enhancement in health policies and basic services. Health is wealth and this translates to a healthy community being a wealthy one. Healthy wellbeing would contribute to the sustainable development. The Foundation promotes initiatives that will build knowledge and skills to improve individual health care practices.
Our aim is:
to promote policy dialogue and mechanisms that allow for sustainable health care services and systems;
To create awareness and advocacy on best practices, hygiene and lifestyles that would lead to healthier communities;
Create knowledge data base for easy access for communities on health care;
Conduct medical outreaches where we provide free basic health care services;
Support hospitals with equipments to enable them deliver improved health care services.
Investment in Women and Girls in Science will make a crucial contribution to progress in achieving all SDGs.

SDG 5: GENDER EQUALITY
Gender equality is not only a fundamental human right but is a necessary foundation for a peaceful, developed and sustainable world. Girls and Women play a pivotal role in achieving sustainable communities. It has been said if you educate a woman you educate a nation. Our foundation capitalizes on organizes gender-sensitive programs, advocating strongly for gender equality and empowering women. Focusing on sexual, reproductive and maternal health, women, peace and security as well and women and the environment.Our foundation empowers girls and women through different means and our gender programs are designed to:
Promoting and teaching the art of self-defence as women are more vulnerable. We give lessons on krav maga, etc.;
Counselling and pro bono representations for women who are victims of domestic violence or sexual abuse or harassment and how they can identify and report these abuses;
Scholarships for young boys, girls and women to be educated in schools or in acquisition of a skill with which they can live by.

SDG 11: SUSTAINABLE CITIES AND COMMUNITIES
Being aware that communities and cities play a vital role in enabling individuals to advance socially and economically and thus, face challenges to achieving and maintaining communities and cities with an environment to thrive, we are taking part in the UN ‘Be the Change’ initiative and supporting the achievement of this SDG through our Z Recycle program.
